While it does use sucralose and Ace-K, it also uses high fructose corn syrup, which rules it out as an option for diabetics. Otherwise, you are left with a 15 calorie beverage that has a pretty good flavor as far as diet beverages go. Since there is no juice, the apple flavor itself doesn't taste terribly natural, but on the positive side, this product has no aftertaste.
