SAN DIEGO and OVERLAND PARK, KS - March 14, 2005 - Today LG Mobile Phones and Sprint (NYSE: FON) announced the launch of the Sprint PCS Vision Phone VI-125 by LG, a lightweight clamshell phone that offers sleek style and some of Sprint and LG's most popular features. The VI-125 by LG's compact shape is enhanced by its unobtrusive internal antenna, and the phone's sleek lightweight design integrates such key features as a side-key for triggering voice-activated dialing and memo recording. The VI-125 by LG comes with advanced functionalities, including full duplex speakerphone and voice-activated dialing for hands-free use and email capability, as well as fun extras to personalize the phone, including customizable avatars for Caller ID, recordable voice ringers and voice memo recording capabilities.
In addition to incorporating advanced features and sleek design, the java-enabled Sprint PCS Vision Phone VI-125 by LG can download screensavers, Music Tones and games from the Sprint PCS Vision network and browse the Internet with an Openwave WAP 2.0 browser. A brilliant 65,536-color internal screen highlights downloaded pictures and games. The two-way SMS capability allows users to
stay connected to friends and family and 30 built-in ringtones and a 200-entry phone book means you'll always know who's calling.
