Dame Anita Roddick, Founder of The Body Shop/Social Activist/Entrepreneur/Editor/Publisher, announces today the release of two books Troubled Water: Saints, Sinners, Truth and Lies about the Global Water Crisis and NUMBERS in mid-September in the US. The books are the third and fourth in the activist series of books from Roddick's award-winning publishing imprint, Anita Roddick Books, and are due to be published in the UK, Australia and New Zealand this autumn in addition to the September U.S. release.

Roddick, an extraordinary speaker renowned for her ongoing social activism and vision, will travel to the U.S. for a series of speaking engagements in conjunction with the book releases. Stops include the Los Angeles Public Library on September 14th, the Commonwealth Club in San Francisco on September 16th, and the Green Festival in Washington, DC on September 18th. A NYC appearance to be announced. Roddick will also appear at select Borders for book signings. Currently scheduled are Borders Santa Barbara, CA on September 12th, Borders Santa Monica, CA on September 13th, and Borders at Mission Bay, San Francisco, CA on September 15th.
